Junior Expert | Electrical

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Electrical Engineering Expert who is ready to take on responsibilities and bring new ideas to our team. As a Junior Expert, you will support senior experts in design, construction management, and development tasks within our clients' projects. While learning more about these responsibilities, you will gradually be given more responsibilities, eventually managing your own design and construction management areas. In this role, you will be involved in diverse and exciting renewable energy projects.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with the preliminary design of substations and preparing technical drawings

• Supporting the creation of procurement specifications and tender processes

• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders

• Developing and optimizing technical solutions using your expertise and artificial intelligence

We expect from you:

• A recent graduate with a degree in electrical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)

• A few years of experience in electrical engineering or the energy sector is considered an advantage

• Interest in high-voltage technology

• Understanding of design principles and familiarity with design software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A proactive attitude toward your work and achieving results

• Ability to work in a team and contribute new ideas

• Proficiency in Finnish and English
