We are looking for a motivated HVL Supervisor Expert who is ready to take responsibility and bring new ideas to our team. In this role, you will provide expert services during the implementation phase of transmission line projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to wind farm, solar park, and hydrogen project assignments if desired.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supervision of HVL/transmission line projects:

    • Reviewing and commenting on plans

    • Construction supervision

    • Installation supervision

    • HSEQ supervision

  • Other expert tasks

  • Collaboration with the team and stakeholders

  • Development and optimization of technical solutions

We expect from you:

  • Experience in transmission line projects

  • Relevant educational background (e.g., electrical or civil engineering)

  • Willingness to travel

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team and contribute new ideas

  • Proficiency in Finnish and English
